They For Sure Don't Just Grow On Trees....

Well, you sure had an exciting week! I am way happy for you dad that
you are really enjoying your calling and fulfilling it how you are
meant to. Baptisms are the greatest ever. They for sure
dont just grow on trees and every single one of them is a miracle. I
was looking at my notes from General Conference from April 2011 and
this past april and looked at the church membership number. If my
statistics are correct, we gained about 300,000 members last year.
That means that out of the 365 days of the year, an average of 821 new
members entered into the kingdom of God each day! That is way cool for
me to think about. My week was good and its colder now. A couple times
we have had to leave with sweaters and coats. I have been continually
fixing our pench and now it is starting to turn around. Stay great

Hi Mom,
You cant force people into the water and have it mean the same thing,

it has to be a friendly hand that helps them along. They dont really

know what its going to be like or anything, and once baptized,

 the new members enter into a whole new world that they haven´t really

 experienced before. We need to help them every step of the way and

 be their friends so that they can feel comfortable there and happy

with the decision they just made to be baptized. My week was good

 and people are popping up out of nowhere, but the problem is that

they dont ever want to keep going with us haha. We have some people pretty
close right now but they just have to come to church! I love you mom
